A construction diary that fills itself in during the day.

Before: The site manager wrote up the diary in Excel in the evening and searched his phone for yesterday's photos.
Now: Working hours, completed work and photos appear under the right site as soon as someone adds them. By the evening the diary is ready to be signed.

RingmoFor hobby groups and coaches

Registration and invoices without Excel.

Before: The coach kept the list of children in a spreadsheet, wrote invoices by hand and reminded late payers himself.
Now: Parents register their child themselves. Invoices and reminders go out on the right day, and the coach sees in one view who has paid.

An editable Word file from a textbook page.

Before: The teacher retyped the textbook page to make a worksheet from it.
Now: The teacher photographs the page and within a couple of minutes gets an editable Word file with pictures and questions. The same place can also produce a presentation and feedback on a pupil's work.

We build your company its own program.

If off-the-shelf software doesn't fit or costs too much, we build a solution that matches your work. For example, a web application that also works on a phone, instead of Excel spreadsheets. Or invoices and reports that go out on their own. Or work orders and photos from the site that reach the office straight away.

First day
A meeting on site or by video. We look at how the work is done and where time is wasted. You get a written quote with a fixed price.
First week
You have a working first version that you can try out on real work. Not a drawing, but a program.
Following weeks
We migrate the data, train your people and fix whatever came up during testing.
After that
We keep the program running: servers, backups, updates. Your questions are answered by the person who wrote the code.
